TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please find detailed the terms and conditions for our rental properties.
1. Your Property Manager is available on +44(0)7546572779.
2. Check in and out times are as arranged by the client, with the Property Manager. These will be agreed and any changes in your requirements discussed with the Property Manager.
3. The Property Manager is available seven days a week between 0830 and 1800 hours. If you have any concerns, needs or requests please call as soon as you can.
4. Payment for all reservations is taken at the point of booking confirmation. Where a reservation is more than a month in duration the first month will be invoiced initially and any subsequent period invoiced on a monthly or three monthly basis, no more than a month in advance. All new reservations must be paid for in full before first check-in.
5. Central Properties only accepts payment in Sterling by debit and credit card transaction. Central Properties accepts card payments from MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Electron. Please note that Central Properties does not absorb the charges applied by the various card supplying companies but adds these costs as a specific transaction charge to each card payment request. The exact amount will be dependent upon specific card type used.
6. If there are any breakages during your stay at the apartment please inform the Property Manager for a replacement. A charge may be applicable for this. An itinerary list is available for the apartment in the welcome pack.
